On 3 July 2024, Kirk Kapital announced the acquisition of Dansk Overflade Teknik (“DOT A/S”) and, in connection with this, the intention to invite likeminded partners to become part of the ownership group.

Kirk Kapital has entered into agreements with the Nissen family through AFVJ Holding ApS and Casper Kirk Johansen through Selmont A/S establishing the ownership group for DOT A/S. As a result, Kirk Kapital, as the leading shareholder, owns approximately 40% of the share capital in DOT A/S, while the remainder is owned by AFVJ Holding APS, Selmont A/S and the company’s management.

The transaction will be completed on 30 September 2024.
