Our ideal partner profile
We focus on medium-sized Scandinavian business-to-business companies with market-leading positions in growth industries.
Investment sweet spot
We typically enter into our partnerships with an initial investment of DKK 250 million to DKK 1 billion for a minority ownership share of 25-50%. We can either provide new share capital into the company to support investments in growth, or acquire existing shares from the current shareholder base.
Investment horizon
We have a flexible approach to the ownership horizon and can tailor our collaboration period based on the specific ambitions of the individual partner. Our quasi-permanent capital base allows us to make long-term investments when desired, and we generally only sell shares at the request of or in coordination with our partners.
