New partnership with the Obton founders

Kirk Kapital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S has invited Anders Marcus and Peter Krogsgaard Jørgensen to join the company as asset management clients. Kirk Kapital’s exclusive clientele also includes the Kirk Johansen family and the Nissens family. Anders Marcus and Peter Krogsgaard Jørgensen co-founded the solar energy company Obton.

With this partnership, two additional portfolios will be added to the existing six major and several minor portfolios.

“Our strategy is to provide high-quality asset management services at low cost.” The additional portfolios enable further investments in service quality and external bargaining power, benefiting all clients, explains Kim Gulstad, CEO of Kirk Kapital.

Kirk Kapital’s Financial Investments subsidiary, Kirk Kapital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, was established in December 2020. Teis Knuthsen serves as Chief Investment Officer.

Peter Krogsgaard Jørgensen emphasized the firm’s focus on transparency and ESG considerations, noting these align with Obton’s foundation in sustainable energy production.
