Investment in Omega-3 concentrates

Kirk Kapital acquires a 32% ownership interest in GC Rieber VivoMega, a globally leading producer of Omega-3 concentrates.

GC Rieber VivoMega AS (“VivoMega”) is a leading global developer and provider of high-quality Omega-3 concentrates. The state-of-the-art and environmentally sustainable advanced production facilities are located in Kristiansund, Norway. VivoMega employs 74 people and distributes its products globally. In 2020 total revenue was EUR 36m.
