Scanmetals acquires German namesake

On 20 July 2020, Scanmetals A/S completed the acquisition of 85% of the shares in Scanmetals Deutschland GmbH.

Kirk Kapital acquired a minority stake in Scanmetals during 2019 and supported the company’s management team throughout this transaction process.
