Majority shareholder purchases Kirk Kapital’s shares in PNO

Kirk Kapital has exited its ownership stake in PNO, the Nordic region’s premier trailer rental company.

Jacob Lee Ørnstrand, holding 52% of PNO Trailer Rental, has acquired Kirk Kapital’s 48% share. Kirk Kapital maintained an active minority ownership position for five years.

“I would like to thank Kirk Kapital for the active contribution to the positive development that PNO has achieved over the past 5 years,” stated Jacob Lee Ørnstad, PNO’s CEO.

Kirk Kapital realized strong returns, particularly recently. Kim Gulstad, Kirk Kapital’s CEO, commented: “The management and the entire organization have made a fantastic effort over the last five years.”
