Jacob Lee Ørnstrand, who owns 52 pct of PNO Trailer Rental, acquires Kirk Kapital’s share of the company, which represents 48 pct. Kirk Kapital has been an active minority owner of PNO Trailer Rental for the past 5 years.

Kirk Kapital is looking at a positive return on its investment, which has been particularly good in recent years.
